1. General Refund & Return Policy

1.1. All sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
1.2. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size charts before ordering.
1.3. Refunds or replacements will be issued for orders with defects, damage, or misprints due to production errors.

2. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

2.1. Refunds and replacements apply only to:

  • Incorrect or defective items
  • Items damaged upon arrival
  • Printing errors (misalignment, wrong design, etc.

2.2. To qualify, customers must submit a claim within 7 days of receiving the order, with photo proof of the issue.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund or Replacement

3.1. Contact us at support@unitapparelco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
3.2. Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions.
3.3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 days or a replacement will be shipped.

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1. Custom products are made-to-order and cannot be refunded unless defective.
4.2. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
