2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier availability:

2.2. Customers receive a tracking number once their order is shipped.
2.3. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. We offer free shipping on all orders within the US.
3.2. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

4.1. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by shipping carriers.
4.2. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us.

5. Address Errors & Reshipping

5.1. Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be refunded.
5.2. If the package is returned to us due to address issues, customers must pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
